Aerovision Selected for Hong Kong’s Inaugural LAE Regulatory Sandbox | Intelligent GNSS Interference Monitoring System

[Hong Kong, March 21, 2025] – The Hong Kong SAR Government today officially launched the Low-altitude Economy (LAE) Regulatory Sandbox initiative with an opening ceremony held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Aerovision Technology Limited (“Aerovision”) has been selected as one of the first cohort participants through its proprietary “Intelligent Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Interference Monitoring System,” distinguishing itself among only 10 technology innovators invited to demonstrate at the ceremony.

Emerging from a competitive pool of 72 applicants, Aerovision secured its position among the 88 approved enterprises for the Sandbox program – a testament to the company’s technological leadership and innovative capabilities in Hong Kong’s emerging LAE sector.

Aerovision’s Intelligent GNSS Interference Detection System uses Integrated AI technology to perform real-time analysis and monitoring of interferences from high altitude and low altitude, provide precise location of interference, and visualization of GNSS interferences to ensure safe drone operations.

With patent filed for our invention, we are currently working with our key collaborators, including China Merchants Wharf & Godown Transportation Co., Ltd and FlightPro Drone Solutions to conduct the various tests associated with our Sandbox exercise.
